Synthetic polymer refers to polyacrylamide/polyacrylate: Polyacrylate sodium, Anionic polyacrylamide, Cationic polyacrylamide, and Cross-linked polyacrylamide etc. Function: Shale inhibition, viscosifier, fluid loss control, thinner, bentonite extender, friction reducer, flocculent and LCM.

 

Cellulose is a natural polymer which modified as very useful addtive in drilling fluids. The cellulose derivatives: Carboxymethyl cellulose,Polyanionic cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose and Carboxymethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose. Fuction: Viscosifier and fluid loss control

 

Biopolymer is a polysaccharide produced by fermentation of carbohydrate with certain bacteria. It provides excellent non-Newtonian mud rheology. Bioplymers: Xanthan gum, Welan gum, Diutan gum and Scleroglucan gum. Function: Viscosifer and fluid loss reducer

 

Starches are derived from corn, potatoes and similar plants. Derivatized starches are used in drilling fluids and also drill-in, completion and various brine systems. Starches: Pregelatinized starch, Carboxylmethyl starch, Cross-linked starch and Cationic starch. Function: Fluid loss control and shale inhibition.

 

Mineral based mud products, normally cheap but common additive in drilling fluids. Prdocuts include bentonite, high yield bentonite, attapulgite, barite, modified asphalt and modified lignite etc. Function: viscosifier, weight material, shale stabilizer and fluid loss control agent.

 

 

OEM / Blended drilling polymers. We toll blend and manufacture products based on each customer's own formulations and specifications, with custom packaging and labeling. Function: special and proprietary use.
